What better way to start the year than with another lipstick swatch post (lol I just love lipsticks)?
In the 3-day workshop we had in Seoul with The Face Shop, a professional image consultant helped us find our personal color. Mine happened to be cool-toned (not warm, to my dismay lol), so I brought home with me 6 cool-toned lipsticks to start wearing.
The formula of The Face Shop’s Moisture Touch Lipsticks, are very creamy and opaque. If you want a lighter coverage on the lips, you can slightly dab the lipstick on your lips and blend with your fingers after. For a more opaque finish, you can apply the lipstick straight to your lips even with just one swipe.
These lipsticks are so moisturizing that I don’t feel the need to apply lip balm before it! It’s perfect for those who have dry lips.

I got 2 shades: BE02 and PP02, both suit my warm skin. The lipsticks are almost perfect, except for the slight soap/perfume taste which bothers me 😦 Not sure if that’s really part of the formulation.

I actually thought I was warm-toned all my life too until The Face Shop’s workshop. I must say the lipsticks do taste a bit soapy. The colors are pretty though!
